  • MOT reminders

    Enter your car’s MOT expiry date and ServiceVault sets a yearly reminder, so the next test doesn’t catch you out.

  • Tyres

    Track summer and winter tyre sets, swap months, tread depth and tyre age. The tread alert starts at 1.6 mm for cars and can be changed.

  • Lease return

    Keep the mileage allowance, condition photos and a return checklist ready for the end of a lease.

  • Recall check

    With Pro, Recall & Safety Watch links to the GOV.UK vehicle recall check from the car’s page.

  • Miles and mpg

    Mileage in miles, fuel economy in UK mpg and costs in pounds.

Everyday records without the faff

  • Fuel log

    Enter any two of price per litre, litres and total, and the third is worked out. A discount never changes the litres.

  • Receipts

    Attach receipts and photos to each job. Smart Capture can suggest the total from a receipt photo for you to check before saving.

  • Reminders around Christmas

    Advance reminders that land between 24 and 26 December or on 1 January move to the next weekday, as long as that is still before the due date. You can turn this off.

  • Private by default

    Records stay on your iPhone without an account. Cloud backup and sync are optional with Pro.

  • Share the history

    Send a summary of the service history to a garage or a buyer, or a full PDF with Pro.
